Professionally oriented studium in the border region
The aim of the project is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the use of experience from the German environment in Czech conditions, without dragging Czech students to the Saxon labor market. Initially, the project does not aim to create new study programs in the Czech Republic, but rather to contribute to the qualitative improvement of existing programs.

Interreg SN-CZ: Fruit landscapes for climate change and biodiversity
The project promotes the planting and protection of tall fruit trees, which enhance biodiversity and ecological stability in agricultural landscapes. It focuses on providing methodological support for the establishment of meadow orchards and sharing cross-border experiences among key stakeholders. Additionally, it raises public awareness about the importance of old fruit varieties, their genetic diversity, and sustainable use of these landscape features.

Interreg Central Europe: Climate CRISES – Increasing Climate Change Resilience in Central Europe
The project focuses on enhancing the ability of Central European regions and citizens to manage climate change impacts related to water excess and scarcity. It will create a cross-border platform that collects and analyzes environmental, hydrological, and meteorological open data to improve climate predictions and regional planning. The project includes testing the tool with policymakers, municipalities, and citizens, as well as developing adaptation strategies to strengthen climate governance and raise awareness of climate change mitigation measures.

Interreg Central Europe: ReBioClim – Restoring urban streams to promote Biodiversity, Climate adaptation and to improve quality of life in cities
As part of the ReBioClim project, we will identify and analyze the current challenges and opportunities of cities in the field of urban stream restoration planning from the perspective of different perspectives. On the basis of the analyzes carried out in the project, modeling and seminars organized with stakeholders, plans for the restoration of urban streams (or project documentation) will be drawn up in the pilot locations. In some pilot locations, initial construction work leading to the restoration of these pilot areas will be carried out.

Interreg Danube: IntegrAGE – praktický přístup na podporu zdravé adaptace a integrace pracovní síly 55+ na trh práce
The project aims to support the healthy integration of older working generations (55+) into the labour market, capitalise their knowledge and assists them to adapt to the challenges of new ways of working.
Cooperation: BSC, Business support centre L.t.d (Slovenia) and 13 other international partners.

Horizon Europe: SPONGEBOOST: Upscaling the natural sponge functions of freshwater ecosystems to deliver multi-benefit green deal solutions
The goal of the project is to support (restoration) solutions close to nature, which have the function of retaining water, such as wetlands, peatlands, etc., and obtaining their multifunctional benefits.
Cooperation: Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) (Germany) and 7 other international partners.

The LAND4CLIMATE project aims to develop innovative solutions in the field of impacts and adaptations to climate change.

GAČR: Evaluation of hazard-mitigating hybrid infrastructure under climate change scenarios
Czech-Slovenian project dealing with the topic of reducing damage from natural disasters and adapting to climate change.

Visegrad Fund: Sustainable population consumption in the post-pandemic economy. Three countries perspective
The topic of the project is the investigation of the impact of sustainable consumption through pro-environmental consumer behavior in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

Erasmus+: Advanced data analysis for transportation and mobility teachers (AdTrans)
The main objective is to provide teachers with advanced skills in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and reinforced learning (content to be defined) to foster the inclusion of STEM into the curricula and build proficiency in this area.

Green Netiquette is an innovative initiative aimed at promoting environmentally friendly netiquette as a key skill for the digital age.

Erasmus+: Em-BED-EU – Embedding EU values in teaching and learning in higher education
The Emb-ED EU project aims to develop a framework for integrating EU values into higher education and to enhance the professional development of academics in this area. Through innovative co-creation methods and the involvement of various stakeholders, the project strengthens educators’ role in transmitting European values to students.
