Foreign diploma verification

Applicant to undergraduate and postgraduate (non-follow-up) study program at the UJEP

The applicant to any UJEP study programme who has filed an application to study in an undergraduate or postgraduate study programme (non-follow-up) and who has completed his/her secondary education abroad shall be obliged to prove the completion of secondary education with a Maturita examination  (Final Secondary School Graduation Examination) by evidencing the completion of studies in compliance with Section 48 subs. Letters a) – d), of  the University Act in the manner specified here/English version and, at the same time, shall be obliged to pay the fee for the assessment of said education acquired abroad pursuant to the guidelines stated here/English version.

It simultaneously applies that in the area of art, an applicant without a completed secondary education with a Maturita exam may also be, in exceptional cases, accepted to study. Such applicant shall not be obliged to prove the fulfilment of the condition of completing secondary education with a Maturita examination (Certificate of Final Secondary School Graduation or a High School Diploma).

Applicant to study in follow-up postgraduate or doctoral study programme at the UJEP

An applicant with a foreign university education who has filed an application to study in a follow-up postgraduate study programme or a doctoral study programme at the UJEP shall be obliged to prove the completion of the required degree of university education by evidencing the completion of studies in compliance with Section 48 subs. 5 letters a) – c) , the University Act, in the manner specified here/English version and, at the same time, shall be obliged to pay the fee for the assessment of said education acquired abroad pursuant to the guidelines stated here/English version.
