Research Interests:

My research focuses on the issue of direct international investments (especially the influence thereof on the entrepreneurial environment) and the setting of investment incentives and other forms of public support of capital localisation, incl. the entrepreneurial activities development. My research focuses on the interaction of supranational companies with domestic economic subjects; the creation of sub-contractor relationships and the establishment of long-term spill-over effects. These issues are currently, more than ever, being accented in connection to the economic downturn and changes in the economic policy of individual states. I have been working at the FSE UJEP since 2015. I obtained my Ph.D. in the field of Management and Economy of Businesses. I am a member of the Department of Economics and Management, where I am the guarantor of the subject Basics of Economics for Social Work. Concurrently, I engage in professional activities at the Technical University in Liberec.
