Research Interests:
My research interest focuses on the issues of the current management in industries (especially on the management of quality in various organisations). Furthermore, I pursue sectorial economics (applied especially in the agri-food sector). The key factors of my current research are the motivations and behaviour of the individual and the functioning of local organisations. I have been working at the FSE UJEP since 2015. I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Economics. In the period of 2018-2020, I used to hold the position of guarantor of the undergraduate study program- me of Economics and Management. Within my research, I cooperate with companies, as well as with various tertiary education institutions, both in the projection and the pedagogical area. My cooperation with the afore-mentioned institutions covers, for instance, doctoral and habitation proceedings (those leading to the appointment of associate professors) and state examinations. Since 2017, I have been, among other things, participating in the implementation of the Lucky-7 project implemented to verify the impact of the cosmic environment.
