New guide for climate adaptation launched by UJEP and partners
Our interdisciplinary team at UJEP is proud to contribute to the Horizon Europe Land4Climate project. 🌍 This ambitious initiative addresses one of today’s most pressing challenges: how private land can be mobilised for nature-based climate adaptation. By exploring innovative governance models, economic incentives, and collaborative approaches, Land4Climate seeks to unlock the potential of private land in building climate resilience across Europe.
Together with our project partners – BOKU Vienna, TU Dortmund, and DEN The Design Entrepreneur Network – we are delighted to present a new practical guide for practitioners, offering concrete tools and insights for municipalities, planners, and local stakeholders. This guide is designed to support the implementation of nature-based solutions, helping communities adapt to the growing impacts of climate change.
As an active member of the consortium, UJEP contributes expertise in social and economic studies, with a particular focus on how regional contexts and local actors can effectively shape climate adaptation strategies.
