Research Interests:
Within my research interest, I am engaged in the issue of private law. I used to pursue this field as an attorney-at-law, and since 2013 I have been pursuing it as a judge at the District Court in Ústí nad Labem. My long-term subject of interest has been my pedagogical activity in the area of law. I have been working at the FSE UJEP since 2008. I am an assistant professor at the Department of Law and Political Science. It was also at this institution, where I acted as a chairman of the disciplinary committee.
