Research Interests:
My doctoral topic is focused on the Brain Drain & Brain Gain phenomenon. I focus on the situation of this phenomenon in a production company and at the same time among students. On a practical level, I am interested in the push and pull factors leading to the leaving/arriving of experts in the Czech Republic or within the regions. I am also engaged in the attitudes towards labour migration and mobility of high school and university students. At the same time, I collaborate on international projects within the Erasmus+ program.
